Terms of service.
Last updated August 22, 2026. Plain language on purpose: what you're agreeing to when you use Stack0 Analytics, what you own, what we owe you, and how billing works.
The agreement
These terms are a contract between you and Stack0 Inc. ("we") covering your use of analytics.stack0.dev and the Stack0 Analytics service. By creating an account you accept them. If you're accepting on behalf of a company, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Accounts and workspaces
Keep your credentials safe: you're responsible for activity under your account. Workspace owners and admins control membership, billing, and site configuration for their workspace.
Plans, trials, and billing
Stack0 Analytics is a paid service with Starter, Growth, and Scale plans billed monthly or annually through Stripe. Each eligible new customer can start one 14-day free trial without a card. Add a payment method before the trial ends to continue; otherwise Stripe cancels the subscription. Paid subscriptions renew automatically for the selected billing period until cancelled. Cancel any time from Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and no further charges are made. Except where the law requires otherwise, charges are non-refundable. If you believe you were billed in error, email [email protected].
Event limits
Each plan includes a monthly event allowance. If you exceed it, Stack0 Analytics may limit dashboard access or event processing until you upgrade. Rate limits and service failures can also cause events to be rejected or dropped. Usage alerts help you act before sustained overages.
Your data
You own the data you send to Stack0 Analytics. We process it to provide the service, as described in the Privacy policy. While your subscription is active, you can read supported aggregate reports through the dashboard and Website API. Deleting a site starts deletion of its configuration, snapshots, and associated analytics events.
Your responsibilities
Only install the snippet on sites and apps you own or are authorized to measure. You're responsible for your own privacy disclosures to your visitors and for complying with the laws that apply to you. Don't send personal data (names, emails, and the like) in event names or payloads — the system is designed to work without it.
Acceptable use
No unlawful use, no attempts to re-identify visitors, no probing or disrupting the service, no reselling access without an agreement with us. We may rate-limit or suspend accounts that threaten the integrity of the service, and will tell you when we do.
Service and changes
We ship improvements continuously and may change or retire features. The service is provided "as is" without warranties, and these plans do not include a formal service-level agreement.
Liability
To the maximum extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is capped at the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, and neither of us is liable for indirect or consequential damages.
Termination
You can stop using Stack0 Analytics and cancel at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practical. Export any supported reports you need before you cancel or delete a site.
Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Questions: [email protected].
